CC0 1.0 Universal (CC0 1.0) Public Domain Dedication with Artist Royalty Clause and Specific Scope

The creator of the EARLY ADOPTER$ NFT Collection (the "Collection") has dedicated parts of the Collection they solely created to the public domain by waiving all of their rights to these specific works worldwide under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights, to the extent allowed by law.

Scope of CC0 License: This CC0 license applies specifically and only to the portions of the Collection that were created and originated by the artist. It does not extend to any elements, characters, likenesses, or logos that might be recognizable or based on real-world entities or copyrighted material. All inclusions of such likenesses or similarities to real-world entities are intended as satire and commentary and form part of the artistic vision of the Collection.

Important Notice: Any use or reproduction of pieces from the Collection that might contain likenesses or similarities to copyrighted characters, entities, or logos requires due diligence on the part of the user. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they have obtained necessary permissions or rights from copyright holders, where applicable, before any reproduction, distribution, or other utilization. The artist and the Collection do not hold or waive any rights on such copyrighted materials, and this license does not grant permissions related to them.

You can copy, modify, distribute, and perform the artist-originated parts of the Collection, even for commercial purposes, without asking permission from the creator.

In no way are the patent or trademark rights of any person affected by CC0, nor are the rights that other persons may have in the work or in how the work is used, such as publicity or privacy rights.

Artist Royalty Clause: Despite the dedication of the artist-originated parts of the Collection to the public domain, a 1% royalty on the secondary market sales price of each NFT in the Collection is due to the original artist. This royalty is to be paid by the seller upon each resale transaction on the IOTAs shimmer network or any other platform that supports the Collection.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the creator makes no warranties about the Collection and disclaims liability for all uses of the Collection, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

When using or citing the Collection, you should not imply endorsement by the creator or any affiliation with the creator or the IOTAs shimmer network.

This dedication to the public domain is made by the creator of the EARLY ADOPTER$ NFT Collection as of the date specified above and is irrevocable. If you would like to use the Collection under terms other than those specified in this CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication, you must obtain explicit permission from the creator.
